If you were enrolled in the Vision Service Plan (VSP) as an employee, you and your eligible family members may continue coverage on a voluntary basis, with premiums fully paid by you if:
Enrollment and premiums will not be handled through the University's retirement application or pension deduction. The University has contracted with VSP to provide all administrative services. VSP will be using a company called AdminAmerica to handle enrollment and billing. You pay the full premium and make arrangements directly through AdminAmerica for premium payments. Your Benefits Office or department should provide you with a Retiree Vision Enrollment Packet during the retirement counseling process. 2009 Plan Costs
