All Eligible Family Members
In addition to yourself, you may have only one eligible adult family member enrolled in your UC-sponsored plans:
- a legal spouse or
- an adult dependent relative (covered before January 1, 2004) or
- a same-sex domestic partner.
For example, if you cover an adult dependent relative under your dental plan, you may not cover any other adult under any other plan.
