Changes for 2008
The University will offer a new health management program, UC
Living Well, for employees, retirees, and their family members
who are enrolled in most UC medical plans
Behavioral health benefits will be provided by United
Behavioral Health (UBH) next year for non-Medicare members
of Health Net and Western Health Advantage (in-network only),
Blue Cross PLUS (in-network only), and Blue Cross PPO plans.
PacifiCare, PacificCare of Nevada,
High Option (non-Medicare) and Select EPO are being discontinued.
Vision Service Plan benefits will be available to UC retirees
effective July 1, 2008. You do not need to enroll now. Retirees
will pay the full premium for these benefits. See future (January
