Enrollment
Open Enrollment, which usually takes place in November, is a time during which retirees can make changes to their benefit plans.
Usually, during Open Enrollment you can:
- change to a different medical Plan
- change to a different dental plan (California residents only)
- opt out of medical and/or dental coverage or cancel a previous opt-out request
- enroll eligible family members in your health plans
- cancel coverage for a currently enrolled family member
Keep in mind that the actions that are available during Open Enrollment vary from year to year.
