New Behavioral Health Benefits Provider

Behavioral health benefits will be provided by United Behavioral Health (UBH) next year for non-Medicare members of Health Net and Western Health Advantage. Non-Medicare Kaiser members will be able to use UBH benefits in addition to Kaiser behavioral health benefits. UBH will continue to provide benefits for both non-Medicare and Medicare Blue Cross PLUS (in-network only), and Blue Cross PPO plans.

New HRA/PPO Plan - CIGNA Choice Fund

UC will provide a new Health Reimbursement Account plus Preferred Provider Organization (HRA/PPO) plan in 2008 which corresponds to the plan currently offered by Definity Health.

Health Care Reimbursement Account -- Spending Account Card Retail Locations

The list of retail locations where eligible health care expenses purchased with your HCRA spending account card will be automatically authorized is expanding as of January 1, 2008.

Discontinuance of Some Medical Plans

Definity Health, High Option, PacifiCare plans, and Select EPO are being discontinued.
