CIGNA Choice Fund combines a Health Reimbursement Account with a Preferred Provider Organization (HRA/PPO) plan. The CIGNA Choice Fund is available to UC employees in the U.S., except Hawaii.
In the CIGNA Choice Fund, the employee has a UC-funded health reimbursement account that pays first to help meet the member's annual deductible. All in-network preventive care is covered at 100 percent.

In-network behavioral health benefits are provided by United Behavioral Health (UBH).
Employees who are enrolled in CIGNA at the time of retirement
and who are eligible to continue UC medical coverage will be able
to continue the plan into retirement until eligible for Medicare.
