EMPLOYEE LEGAL PLAN

ARAG Legal Plan

The legal plan gives you access to basic, personal legal help. The plan provides access to a toll-free telephone line and covers specific legal services. These services are provided through ARAG at an annual cost roughly equal to the average attorney rate of one or two hours at an attorney’s office.

The legal insurance plan helps mainly with routine preventive or defensive matters and should cover most legal needs.

The ARAG Legal Plan is open for enrollment this year.

There are no plan changes for 2010.

• $13.78 (self and child(ren); self and adult)
