Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to consider whether your health and welfare benefits meet your needs. This website offers information and tools to help you decide which plans are best for you. The information includes:

New for 2013

  • Copayments are increasing for doctor visits, emergency services and outpatient surgery for Health Net, Kaiser, Anthem Blue Cross PLUS and Western Health Advantage enrollees.
  • Brand name and non-formulary prescription drug copayments are increasing for all plans with copays.
  • The Health Net Blue & Gold network is changing.  Medical groups in Irvine and San Francisco are leaving and new medical groups throughout the state have been added.
  • The maximum contribution to the Health Flexible Spending Account will be $2,500.
  • The ARAG Legal Plan is open for enrollment.
  • It will be easier to earn the StayWell $100 incentive award.
  • Sittercity is now SelectPlus, with enhanced elder care services coming in 2013.

If you have reviewed your premiums and plan changes and are satisfied with your current, you need not take any Open Enrollment action. If you wish to participate in a Flexible Spending Account, you must enroll or re-enroll for 2013.
