[January 14, 2008]
If you were taking maintenance medications in the last quarter of 2007 and the medication has a higher co-pay under Health Net, you will be able to continue to refill your prescription at the lower co-pay until 4/30/08. While UC had hoped that adjustments to these copays would happen automatically, the transfer of data between health plans has been delayed. If you refilled your maintenance medication and were charged more by Health Net, you should complete a claim form and submit it to Health Net with your receipt to be reimbursed for the difference.
After May 1, unless you change to a Health Net formulary medication, you will pay the higher copay.
