As of last Friday, January 4, 2008 all Health Net member ID cards have been mailed. If you have not yet received your ID cards, employees and retirees can call the dedicated Health Net UC customer service line at 1-800-539-4072 to obtain your new member ID number. Once you have your member ID number, you may register online to print a temporary I.D. card(s) from the member home page under “Get Things Done” and “Print a Temporary I.D. Card. If you are trying to access services, members or their medical providers and pharmacies can call Health Net to verify eligibility during normal business hours.
