In response to UC employee problems accessing the CONEXIS website for the new Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), CONEXIS is updating the website.

CONEXIS, the vendor for UC's Dependent Care and Health FSA, expects to open its website to additional browsers, including Internet Explorer 6, Firefox, and Safari, by the middle of next week. Testing is currently in process to ensure necessary features of the website function properly in these other browser versions, as the website is optimized for use in Internet Explorer 7. Please note that the CONEXIS website requires browser settings similar to the settings for the At Your Service Online (AYSO) website; therefore, participants who are able to sign in to AYSO should be able to use the CONEXIS website as well, once it is updated next week.

In the meantime, participants can call CONEXIS anytime, 24/7, at 1-800-482-4120 to access their account information through the automated phone system; additionally, representatives are available from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. Participants will need their account or Social Security number and date of birth to access account information via the automated phone system. The account number was included on the CONEXIS welcome letter.

Participants do not need to register online in order to use the FSA plan or card.
