W-2 forms are now available to all UC employees who signed up to receive the form electronically. To view your W-2, sign in to At Your Service Online and select "W-2" under "Income & Taxes."

Employees who did not sign up for electronic W-2s will also be able to view them online beginning in mid-February. Please note that the electronic W-2 is not available to UC Berkeley and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory employees.
