Beginning August 10, employees who forget their password when signing in to At Your Service Online (AYSO) may correctly answer Challenge Questions to gain access to their AYSO accounts.
Since May, employees signing in to At Your Service Online have been providing answers to Challenge Questions in preparation for the expanded "Forgot Password" routine that is being implemented now. With the addition of the Challenge Question routine, employees who forget their password will have the choice of having a temporary password emailed to them or answering the Challenge Questions.
Employees who want to see or change their Challenge Questions and Answers can do so by signing in, selecting "My Security Preferences," then going to the Challenge Questions page.
These security changes are part of continuing efforts to promote security and safeguard personal information on AYSO. To date, AYSO has never experienced a confirmed breach of security.
