Beginning Friday, all users signing into At Your Service Online (AYSO) will have a new experience. Everyone will be required to update their Password Authorization, agreeing to the use of an electronic signature, and everyone will be required to answer six Challenge Questions. In addition, those who currently do not have a Username will be required to establish one.

At Your Service Online provides personalized information about your health and welfare plan enrollments, income and tax information, as well as retirement estimates and beneficiary designations. These changes are in preparation for further security changes expected to be implemented sometime in the near future. The future changes include eliminating use of Social Security numbers as the Sign In identifier.

These security changes are being implemented as part of continuing efforts to promote security and safeguard personal information on AYSO. To date, AYSO has never experienced a confirmed breach of security.
