Due to a printing error, some of the recently mailed Semi-Annual Account Statements are incorrect and are being reprinted. On the incorrect statements, the account summaries showing balances in UCRP, the Defined Contribution Plan, and the Tax-Deferred 403(b) Plan are correct, but the "Transaction Detail" is not. Instead of reflecting the actual account activity, it invariably shows only an interest credit of $4.10 and a balance of $838.28 in the Savings Fund. The error affects statements of people with Social Security Numbers between 573-XX-XXXX and 585-XX-XXXX.

The statements with the incorrect "Transacton Detail" are being reprinted and will be mailed to participants by September 10. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
