The July 1, 2003, cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for eligible UCRP retirees and other benefit recipients will be 2 percent. To be eligible for the COLA, individuals must have started receiving benefits on or before July 1, 2002.

The May 2003 issue of New Dimensions included an article (on page 10) with more information on COLAs. Also, COLA recipients can expect to receive a postcard about this year's increase later this month.
