The One-time UCRP Service Credit Allocation Program for academic appointees ends on December 31, 2002. This program provides retirement service credit to certain eligible UCRP members in recognition of past time worked in temporary positions.

If you think you may be eligible and you wish to request an allocation under this program (or appeal an allocation already provided), see the One-time UCRP Service Credit Allocation Program for Academic Appointees booklet. Your Benefits Office can answer your questions about this program.

Allocation requests or appeals must be mailed to Office of the President and postmarked no later than December 31, 2002. Every request must be supported by copies of payroll information, which may not be immediately available. Don’t wait until the last minute!
