Evidence of Coverage (EOC) booklets for the following UC-sponsored medical plans are now available online under "Health and Welfare": the BluePremier plans, Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, Senior Advantage, PacifiCare, Western Health Advantage, and WHA Care+.
In the future, EOC's for the remainder of our medical plans will also be available.
