UC requires all faculty, staff and retirees who enroll family members in their medical, dental and/or vision insurance plans to provide documents to verify their family members' eligibility for coverage.
Employees and retirees will receive a packet of materials from SECOVA to help them complete the verification process. Recipients must respond by the deadline shown on their letter or they risk de-enrollment of their family members from UC benefits.
UC has hired SECOVA, Inc. to administer the process.
