34. Incentive Awards

A. GENERAL
The purpose of the Universitywide Incentive Award Program is to:
- encourage excellence in University service;
- recognize and reward significant achievements and contributions;
- recognize and reward outstanding individual and team performance; and
- support professional development.
B. ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARDS
Eligibility criteria for awards are established by the Chancellor within applicable guidelines.
C. LOCAL PROGRAMS
In addition to establishing incentive award programs within Universitywide guidelines, Chancellors may provide opportunities for recognizing and rewarding employees through local award programs.
Applicability: All Eligible Staff Members
