The following list represents the existing policies -- including a set of guidelines and a letter of clarification -- pertaining to Senior Management Group outside professional activities.
All of these issuances should be considered in determining appropriate activities and reporting requirements. Please note that the Interim Policy (paragraph 1., below) shall prevail in the event of a conflict between that Policy and other current policies and/or guidelines.
