[February 9, 2012] The Higher Education Employer-Employee Relations Act, which governs collective bargaining of higher education employers in the state of California, requires that the University, as the employer provide notice to the public before it begins negotiations with an exclusive representative. The University will convene initial public notice meetings on February 27, 2012, from 2 pm to 4 pm and March 12, 2012, from 3 pm to 5 pm. Both meetings will be held in the Labor Relations Conference Room, 114 West Arbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92103. |
