Helpful Hint: If the University is considering appointment of a former NSF who has completed the equivalent of six years of service and has not undergone an excellence review in accordance with this article (or an “eye of the needle review” in accordance with previous MOUs), the University must conduct a needs assessment and an excellence review prior to any reappointment.
