Clarification: Although the language of Article 3 does not expressly address the issue, the University and the AFT have entered into a side letter to the MOU that explicitly acknowledges that NSF must abide by the Faculty Code of Conduct’s provisions in regard to romantic and/or sexual relationships between students and faculty.
