Clarification: The grievant and/or the grievant’s representative must make all of their arguments and present all of their evidence at the Step 2 hearing. Grievants may not raise new issues or present evidence at Step 3 that they did not present at Step 2. However, if previously undiscovered evidence becomes available after the Step 2 hearing and before the Step 3 appeal, it may be presented as part of the Step 3 appeal.
