Clarification: If the Academic Senate at the NSF’s campus declines to accept his or her case for review and the University provides a written notice of dismissal to the NSF, the NSF may then file a grievance under Article 32 of the MOU within 15 days from the date of their separation of employment or 45 days from the receipt of a Notice of Dismissal, whichever occurs first.
