The University and CUE last met on August 13-15th. At this bargaining session, the parties continued discussions on an alternative dispute resolution process for reclassifications proposed by the University but objected to by CUE. In addition, the parties tentatively agreed upon language for the Labor Management Meetings article and began discussions on wages.
The next bargaining session is scheduled for September 3-5 in Oakland.
