The Lecturers Unit (IX) is a systemwide bargaining unit of Non-Academic Senate Lecturers who provide vital instructional services at 9 UC campuses. The unit is represented by the American Federation of Teachers (AFT). Currently, the unit includes approximately 2,500* employees.
