The University of California employs about 227 Police Officers who provide the full range of law enforcement services at all UC campuses. This systemwide bargaining unit is represented by the Federated University Police Officers Association (FUPOA).
The current FUPOA contract is in effect May 16, 2000. As is customary, the contract will be closed on all issues until the full contract is renegotiated in 2008, except wages may be reopened in 2007 depending on the State budge allocation for salaries.
