UC's medical benefits include behavioral health benefits, which are provided by United Behavioral Health (UBH). Kaiser members continue to have access to Kaiser's integrated behavioral health services as well as to UBH services and network that apply to the other medical plans. Coverage for all plans except Blue Cross PPO is for in-network providers and services only. Blue Cross PPO members have out-of-network coverage as well.
The first three UBH in-network outpatient mental health visits are covered with no co-payment. For information about other UBH benefits, see:
