If you leave UC employment, generally your UC-sponsored benefits stop. If eligible, you may be able to continue your medical, dental, and/or vision coverage for a limited time. If you are retiring, you may be able to continue UC-sponsored medical coverage for yourself and your eligible family members if you meet the eligibility requirements.
