Employees with Full Benefits are automatically enrolled in Short-Term Disability at no cost and may purchase Supplemental Disability Insurance for a monthly premium.
Employees who are vested (i.e., have five years of service credit) in the UC Retirement Plan are also eligible for UCRP Disability benefits.
All employees are eligible for Workers' Compensation.
