Talk to a Health Coach anytime (even three o’clock in the morning) to discuss your concerns. Your Health Coach will listen, help you understand your condition and treatment options, and follow up later to make sure you’re still on track.
Watch support videos that show how others have chosen different treatment courses for the same health condition.
Access information resources such as clinical encyclopedias and audio libraries that allow you to research and gain a deeper insight into your own health care.
Use online tools like Health Risk Assessments to help you identify potential health issues; tracking tools like symptom diaries and medication logs; and even tools to learn about the relative costs of different medications and hospitals.
