In this lesson we examine the Membership System HAPC (Highest Average Plan Compensation) screens.

HAPC is the average full-time equivalent compensation over an employee's 36 highest continuous months of pay. HAPC is critical to employees because it, along with age and service credit, is a factor in calculating retirement benefits.

The HAPC Details Screen shows month-by-month HAPC subtotals

There are two HAPC information screens in the System: the HAPC Details screen (above); and the HAPC Monthly History screen.
