The Fast Access Screen includes basic information about employees, such as:

HOME ADDRESS (Home Address)
The employee's name and address.

DOB (Date of Birth)
Employee age is related to retirement benefit eligibility.

LOC (University Location)
A two-letter abbreviation, in this case, "BK" for Berkeley.

Annuitant System Information
If the person is receiving (or has received) UCRP monthly retirement or disability income, these fields provide details.

The Fast Access Screen provides basic employee information.

A quick check of these fields gives you a clear picture of who the employee is and what benefits he or she is eligible for.
