For users who prefer to use the First Class client application (available for Windows, Mac and Linux) instead of the browser can download it by clicking here.
Once the installation is complete you will need to configure the client to connect to your local FirstClass Server. To configure the client see the following;

On the main "First Class Login" screen click the "Setup" button. On the "Service Setup" screen where is says "Fill in if Service is accessible via the network" in the "Server" box input "exchange.ucop.edu" and click "Save".

Once you are back to the "First Class Login" screen where it says "Log in as" select "Registered User" and input your assigned "Username" and "Password" and click "Save". You are now ready to login into the Exchange intranet using the First Class Client.

If you do not have an exchange account, you can request for one by sending an email with the subject line of "New Exchange Account Request" to the following email address; ayswebmaster@ucop.edu.

If you are unable to download and install the client due to an admin lock on your computer you may have to contact your local systems department for installation.
