An expanded UC Retirement Plan Benefit Estimator is now available on UCbencom. This modeling tool allows you to estimate University of California Retirement Plan (UCRP) benefit amounts, including monthly retirement income and the lump sum cashout. The estimator has been expanded to include estimates of survivor benefits, the monthly alternate payment options, as well as the future value of your capital accumulation provision (CAP) account.

This estimator makes it easy to compare different benefit scenarios. For example, to help you determine the best time to retire, you can estimate your benefits using different retirement dates. To use the estimator, you enter a few pieces of basic information—date of birth, projected retirement date, UCRP service credit and average monthly salary—and the estimator calculates benefit estimates based on your data. Estimates are based solely on information you provide.

Used along with the 403(b) Plan estimator, Forecast Your Fortune, the Retirement Plan Benefit Estimator can help you plan your financial future.
