  • Article 30 – Wages
  • Article 32 – Duration
  • UC/FUPOA Side Letter – Los Angeles/Berkeley – Football Games
  • UC/FUPOA Side Letter – 2002-03 FUPOA Wages
  • Appendix A – New Ranges/Rates
  • Appendix B – Enumeration of University Benefits

The following Articles of this Agreement were modified during 2001 reopener negotiations:

  • Article 6 - Grievance Procedure
  • Article 10 - Performance Evaluation
  • Article 17 - Holidays
  • Article 26 - Uniforms
  • Article 29 - Seniority
  • Article 30 - Wages

Side Letter - Campus Labor-Management Meetings for Performance Evaluation Standards

The following Articles of this Agreement were modified during 2000 reopener negotiations:

  • Article 3 - Payroll Deduction
  • Article 19 - Sick Leave
  • Article 30 - Wages

Corresponding changes have been made in the Appendices.
