You are eligible to participate in DepCare FSA and/or Health FSA if you are appointed to work at least 43.75% time.

For DepCare FSA only, if married, both you and your spouse must have earned income during the year in order for you to be eligible unless your spouse is incapable of self-care or is a full-time student.
